Low-Carb Thai-Style Black Mussels

Make Asian District's delicious dish using this recipe

Ingredients:

  • Black mussels – 150gm
  • Sliced lemongrass – 20gm
  • Sliced galangal – 20gm
  • Kaffir lime leaves – 10gm

 

Seafood sauce:

  • Garlic – 15gm
  • Green chili – 8gm
  • White onion – 3gm
  • Mint leaves – 2gm
  • Coriander root – 8gm
  • Lemon juice – 20gm
  • Sugar – 5gm
  • Fish sauce – 20gm

 

Blend all the ingredients together. Recipe serves one portion of 150gm mussels.

 

Method:

  1. Blanch the mussels in boiling water for 1 minute.
  2. Add the seafood sauce and cook until all mussels open.
