Kickstart your Dubai Fitness Challenge on 26 – 27 October. Are you in?
The Dubai Fitness Challenge starts off with a spectacular two-day carnival, taking place at Dubai Festival City on 26 – 27 October. It’s the ideal way to get into the mood and start your challenge with an energising boost.
With a host of fun fitness sessions from yoga to dancing, the Dubai Festival City Opening Weekend Carnival is the place to be. Join us at the main stage where you can workout with Australian fitness guru, Emily Skye, among others. Also, take part in the mass spinning session, enjoy two days of yoga on the helipad, or even discover a new love for Cardio football. The Opening Carnival is all about getting the DFC kick start you need to take on the challenge.
You can also get up close and personal with Swedish professional boxer Badou Jack and listen to Egypt’s renowned health coach and nutritionist, Dr. Nourhan Kandil.
The event is suitable for families, with kid-specific active zones that include climbing and trampoline areas, inflatable assault courses, toddler zones, kids’ yoga, basketball and the popular Les Mills Born to Move sessions.
