Set a world record this Saturday, 26 October
Make history this Dubai Fitness Challenge with Joe Wicks, better known as The Body Coach, as he attempts to break the Guinness World Record for the largest 30-minute long, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class. The best-selling author and Instagram fitness star will host the class on 26 October at Skydive Dubai, and you can get in on all the action. Break a sweat and a record all at once during this intensive cardio session, which is presented by DEWA. For those new to HIIT, this exercise approach alternates between short and intense periods of anaerobic exercise with less recovery time.
Please note that while the session will be moderate in intensity, a basic level of fitness will be required in order to participate. The record attempt is only open to those aged 18 and above.
Participation is free but requires registration- sign up here for this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
