Get into your 30-day workout groove along the shores of Kite Beach this Dubai Fitness Challenge. At the dedicated Fitness Village you can clock in your daily fitness time and get active while having fun exploring ten zones of free outdoor activities all through the Fitness Challenge.

Whatever your age, ability or interests, this lively Fitness Village has something to get you moving. Challenge your friends to a competitive game of beachside basketball, practice self-discipline at a dedicated martial arts gym or slip into all kinds of water fun at the Aqua Park. If you’re new to working out or feel motivated in group settings, there will be a main stage where instructors will lead mass fitness sessions throughout the month. Even children can join in the fun at the play area and get in their 30 minutes of activity.

Head into the sea where a variety of water-based activities await, including canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding and surf rescue classes for little ones. Or, get messy at a purpose-build training obstacle course to prepare adults and children for the Tough Mudder and Mini Mudder challenge.

The village will be open from early morning to the evening for all 30 days, so you can squeeze in a pre-work workout or wind down the day with a sunset exercise session while trying out a new activity every day of the month.
