Kickstart the weekend with active events
It’s been an invigorating few weeks as the city transformed into a fitness hub to celebrate the Dubai Fitness Challenge. There’s been an energetic vibe in the air, with residents and instructors coming together to get active and healthier as a community. You’re approaching the home stretch now, with only one more week of 30×30 fun remaining. Hit the ground running with our round-up of exciting events during the second-to-last weekend of the challenge:

By late afternoon, you can look forward to good rhythms at Zumba, a metabolic conditioning routine and an intensive abs and core workout. There’s plenty of family-friendly fun to keep the kids moving too!

Choose from the family-friendly 5km route, or if you’re a serious runner, opt for the 10km route (which must be completed within 80 minutes). Either way, you’ll work up a sweat and experience the glittering high-rises along the road from a new perspective. Attendance is free but registration is mandatory, so sign up now!
