If you missed October’s Saucony Time Trial Run, here’s your chance to hit the running path. This timed running series has become popular in the fitness community, with regular events taking place throughout the year.
Though the race is timed, with serious sprinters dashing to the finish line, there is no hurry, so aim to complete the race at a pace that is comfortable for you.
If the 5km or 10km still seems a bit much, feel free to run 2.5km as part of a four-person relay team. The relay option is great for families, friends and colleagues who want to bond.
All participants will receive medals and can enjoy the breakfast at the end of the race.
