Booking Instructions

Please follow the link to our events page and sign up. Once you have filled in all your details and signed up, you will receive a confirmation email. Please reply to the confirmation email at least 24 hours before the event. If you fail to respond, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.

On the day of the event, please present your confirmation email to one of our team members.

Please note: Yoga mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
