From 1 to 24 November, Dubai Silicon Oasis invites residents and visitors to participate in a series of daily workout sessions as part of Dubai Fitness Challenge. In collaboration with Fitness First and other local health and fitness brands, this hub offers free daily fitness classes designed to cater to all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself with a workout session or unwind with yoga, the Dubai Silicon Oasis Fitness Hub provides an engaging atmosphere for everyone.

A special highlight of the month is the mass participation event happening on 16 November, as well as a fun run at Silicon Central Mall, making it a great opportunity for families and fitness enthusiasts to come together and stay active.
